ITG introduces SCAPP and opens its first trial phase at farming sites

ITG presents SCAPP, its AI-based precision feeding software, in an initial trial phase.

May 27, 2024 – Puerto Varas. – ITG officially introduced SCAPP, an artificial intelligence software designed to support fish feeding processes, aiming to optimize feeding, reduce pellet loss, and minimize seabed impact.

SCAPP is a precision feeding solution that analyzes fish behavior and feeding systems in real time, enabling more efficient, stable, and traceable feed delivery.

As part of its launch strategy, ITG opened an initial trial phase, inviting selected clients to integrate SCAPP into their daily operations under real conditions. Together with the ITG team, this phase will help define the variables required to adapt the system to each farming site’s specific needs.

The objective of this trial period is twofold: to introduce the product to the industry and showcase its capabilities, and to collect real-world data and user experience to fine-tune SCAPP for each operation—ensuring tailored and optimized performance.
