Innovation in action: artificial intelligence training for aquaculture at NVIDIA
ITG engineers travel to NVIDIA headquarters to strengthen AI applications for aquaculture.
April 1, 2025 – NVIDIA, Silicon Valley (San José, California). – ITG reaffirmed its commitment to innovation and sustainable aquaculture through the participation of Rodrigo Graves, Automation and Control Engineer and technical lead of the electronics R&D area, and Christian Alfonso Pflaumer Aguilera, Development Engineer specialized in artificial intelligence, in a high-level training program at NVIDIA, USA.
During the program, the team deepened their knowledge in advanced deep learning concepts, data processing, and algorithm implementation for production process optimization. These capabilities will be integrated into ITG’s AI-driven solutions, data analytics, and automated control systems, with a focus on more efficient, resilient, and sustainable fish farming operations.
The technical upskilling of Rodrigo and Christian will strengthen the evolution of ITG’s product ecosystem, enhancing monitoring systems, automation, and decision-support tools for aquaculture clients in Chile and abroad.
