ITG at Salmon Summit 2025

ITG present in Salmon Summit 2025, the leading event for Chilean salmon farming.

Frutillar, July 22, 2025. – ITG actively participated in the second edition of Salmon Summit 2025, an event organized by SalmonChile at Teatro del Lago, which has established itself as the most relevant meeting point for the national salmon industry. More than 1,400 attendees—including business leaders, authorities, scientists, and community representatives—discussed key challenges such as environmental sustainability, regional development, technological innovation, future regulation, and the social impact of salmon farming in southern Chile.

The event also featured, for the first time, the participation of three presidential candidates—Jeannette Jara, Evelyn Matthei, and José Antonio Kast—who shared their perspectives on the sector’s development and the strategic role of aquaculture in Chile.

Representing ITG were Claudio Chanceaulme, General Manager; Christian Stange, Commercial Director; Álvaro García, Commercial Manager; and Cristian Zárate, Operations Manager. The company’s presence reinforced its commitment to innovation and sustainability, core pillars of its work alongside producers across the country.

Participating in Salmon Summit allowed ITG to strengthen industry ties, share its technological expertise, and reaffirm its purpose: connecting technology and sustainability in the aquaculture of the future.
