ITG Chile announces important strategic alliance

In an important step towards consolidation of the aquaculture industry in both Chile and Norway, the Chilean company ITG has announced the signing of a significant commercial agreement with the Norwegian company Fluctus. Through this agreement Fluctus will be able to commercialize ITG products in the Norwegian market, and enables ITG for the same with Fluctus products in Chile.

Fluctus, is recognized in Norway for its vast experience in ​​aquaculture feeding, has worked for decades in the development, production, installation and service of products such as barges, air and water feeding systems, software, spreaders and silage systems. Claudio Chanceaulme, General Manager for ITG Chile, expressed his enthusiasm regarding the agreement, highlighting the value that it will bring to the Chilean market: “This agreement allows us to expand our offer of products and solutions that aim at sustainable production, consolidating us as a comprehensive supplier in the local industry and a versatile and reliable business partner.”

Harald Lien, Fluctus CEO,  also shared his confidence in ITG’s ability to represent its products in the Chilean market: “We are confident that ITG will be an excellent partner for us. They provide us with the local experience and proximity necessary to offer clients the best solutions.”

The collaboration between ITG and Fluctus will be reflected in key events within the aquaculture industry, with the presence of Fluctus in ITG´s stand at AquaSur Trade Show in March, and the participation of ITG at the Fluctus stand at HavExpo in May. These platforms will provide the perfect opportunity for both companies to present their complete product portfolio and establish solid business relationships in the international market.
